COME INTO YOUR BODY
Come into your body, is a series of installations, performances, and an interactive art happening that took place at the Elsewhere residency in 2009. Each installation was in a different room, and meant to represent a different cavity of the body.
There was a public "haunted house tour", where the audience was "baptized" in multi racial body sacs, and led through the building through a red fabric tunnel, visiting each body room, with live dancers in costume and music, illustrating some of the functions of the each system. This footage was later complied with documentation that Lowe, previously captured of the installation, and performances that took place with them, to create a larger "music video" intuitively anthropomorphizing the way our body works..
